Seth is the founding visionary behind Shoreland Group, responsible for the overarching investment strategy and design + development approach. He believes that residential real estate is uniquely tethered to human emotion and that a home is the physical manifestation of one’s passions and priorities. Seth is inspired by the complex psychology that underpins residential real estate and the premium that thoughtfully designed, carefully curated properties command.
Seth has over two decades of professional finance, real estate development and investment experience with a proven track record of transforming overlooked, underutilized properties. Through conscientious redevelopment, Seth is committed to improving communities and revitalizing historic neighborhoods.
Prior to founding Shoreland Group, Seth was a Senior Manager of Investments for Regency Centers (NYSE: REG), a leading developer of Class-A, grocery and big-box anchored shopping centers. At Regency, Seth was integral to the deal-making, conceptual design and ground-up development of over $200M of neighborhood and regional shopping centers.
Seth began his career on Wall St. in corporate banking finance with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co as an officer of a $100M senior debt portfolio.
Seth received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and his BA in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
Seth holds active professional licenses in the State of Florida as a Certified Building Contractor (#CBC1266197) and Professional Real Estate Sales Associate (#SL3285490).
